הדירה מפנקת באווירת נופש ים תיכונית. מעוצבת ומאובזרת ברמה גבוה. המיטות והספה אורתופדיות באיכות גבוה. חצר עם מרפסת גדולה (מקורה עם פרגולה ) גינה עם דשא וצמחיה , שולחן אוכל , פינת ישיבה ונוף פנורמי לגינה שקטה ולים. ניתן לקבוע ארועים קטנים \ אופציה לארח לארוחה בתוספת תשלום.
