Its proximity to the Kodaikanal Lake ( 10 Mins ) makes it one of the best choices of stay in Kodai. Obviously, our guests have the luxury of taking a peaceful stroll at the elegant Chettiar park overlooking our property. Power Backup: Our UPS backup is available for uninterrupted basic power supply A 40kva generator is additionally available to provide complete power backup during power cuts Parking Facility: We have two basement parking slots shared among the four houses. If the basement slots are occupied, our caretaker will guide you to park safely along the street side, right in front of the house. Building Access: Lift facility is not available, as this is an old house thoughtfully renovated into a homestay. Access to the first and second floors is via a staircase only. Extra Mattress: In this property, we have cot accommodation available for up to 13 guests. For any additional guests beyond 13, a 7-inch thick extra mattress will be provided along with linen, pillow, pillow cover, and quilt.
