The property is located on the national high way NH3 ( kullu Manali Highway) and on back side of the property river beas is flowing. The property is surrounded by beautiful hills and greenary. It is easily located and all the facilities like Market place, transpotation, medical facility is at the foot step. The property is newly constructed in 2016 with latest facilities. It's a three story building. All the rooms have Windows where the natural sunlight comes day long and one can see the scenic beauty. The chirping of birds can be heard whole day and it sounds like medication. All the rooms have wooden flooring, sofa set, small table, medium height beds with new mattress, fully lit and attached bathrooms with Western toilets, shower and geyser. The living room is beautiful designed where one would love to enjoy the tea and meals. The kitchen is fitted with latest amenities. The stairs are of low height so that one could climb easily with hurting the knees.

Himachal Pradesh is known for Good Host. Besides beautiful rooms equipped with facility, i also make good food. The property is well maintained. This best part of this property is that it is located on the national highway. I am Doctor by my acadmics and i love nature. Watching river flow from the balconies is really very soothing. Chirping of birds in the evening and sound of river is really a good medicine for soul.

The House is situated on the left bank of River Beas and all the tourist places are very near by. Guest can see rafting and beautiful sceneary from the Balcony .
