The property has 4 ensuited bedrooms (430 sq ft) with own private entry from stair lobby, and 2 ensuited studio apartments (450 sq ft) with separated kitchen/dining area. All unit/rooms have private entry and exit to the staircase lobby. each room maximum 4 person and maximum 24 person can accommodate in the entire unit. Also, a kitchen with dining area, storeroom and staff room with shared toilet. Guests can access the stair lobby, corridor, kitchen &dining area, laundry, and front office/reception. This home in the center of the city, close to the metro station and bus station. you can travel around tourist places and any time can easy to come back to home. Close to Cochin International Airport. Lot tourist places nearby. 200 meters away from Kalamassery metro station. 100 meters away from the bus station. Easy to travel around by metro or bus. 24 hrs taxi and private transport available.
