Its a residential building, where the owners are living at the ground floor & on the first floor, we have about 4 rooms.
I like to host people at my place, i wont be available at the property. But, my parents live at Ground floor.
Located at the center of the city, Ashram, Promenade beach is just 2kms from the property. Just next door to the Ginger Hotel.
