I had a very comfortable stay at Sandpoint Hotel. The room service was good, and the room was super clean, hygienic, and well maintained. I was travelling with my baby, and the hospitality was really great. It’s a brand-new property, around six months old, but it has all the required facilities, including excellent Wi-Fi and parking. The location is convenient, right on the main road, with nearby places and the beach easily accessible, especially if you have a car. The breakfast was also worth mentioning — delicious, fresh, and with a good variety. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and value-for-money stay.

I like Air Conditioner, Bed are so soft, the staff are so responsive,and there are many features like TV , wifi,Hot water etc

It was excellent and extremely calm. Great place to relax and visit places. It was luxurious. The food was amazing! And the staff service was very good.

Very good experience overall. The room was clean, air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff members were friendly and cooperative. The hotel maintained good hygiene standards in all areas including lobby and dining space.

My husband and I had an incredible time spending nine wonderful nights at The Promenade in Puducherry, India. We absolutely loved waking up early to witness the breathtaking sunrise over the Bay of Bengal. Our evenings were filled with delightful strolls along the promenade, and we spent our mornings exploring the charming churches, temples, and cafes that dotted the area. In the afternoons, we indulged in relaxing swims in the pool. The room we stayed in was a true gem. It was cool and comfortable, with a beautiful window and Juliet balcony that offered a stunning view of the ocean. The staff at The Promenade were exceptional. We want to express our deepest gratitude to Ms. Pritti in the restaurants, Ms. Soundarya with housekeeping, and Mr. Tara Babu at the front desk. Their attention to detail and hospitality made our stay truly memorable. The restaurants at The Promenade were a culinary delight. They offered a delightful fusion of franchise and Tamil flavors, and we thoroughly enjoyed sharing the delicious meals. We highly recommend staying at The Promenade on Rock Beach. It’s an unforgettable experience that we will cherish forever.

The manager Raj was proactive with communication and accommodating us. Great location, ease of access to so many facilities. Housekeeping aunty was nice.
