The Blue Moon Guest House is located in the heart of the Fisherman Colony a 1 mn walk from the Indian Ocean and close to the magnificent VIIth century Temples of Mamallapuram in TamilNadu in India. In a very quiet and green area, you will enjoy its four rooms combining occidental comfort and oriental charm, each with attached bathroom and private balcony. From the rooftop terrace you will relax and experience the great view on the ocean and garden. The ideal location of the guest house allows you to share the local life while enjoying perfect tranquility.

My name is Saravanan, I am the owner and the manager of the Blue Moon Guest House in Mamallapuram, in Tamil Nadu. I was born in Mamallapuram in 1979 into a fishing family. I love my village and I have great pleasure to share with you my knowledge of this beautiful, colorful and vibrant place, combining generous nature and ancient culture. Since childhood, I like to talk and interact with visiting tourists. This is how I learned to speak fluent English. I also speak some german and french and I know a few words of italian, spanish, russian and swedish. I will be delighted to welcome you to my guest house and will make sure to make your stay most enjoyable and unforgetable.
