Ideal private vacation home for family/group stay. Fully furnished with functional kitchen. You will be of your own when booked. Immaculately clean and tidy -3 bed room +2 living rooms with 4 beds (1 living room houses 1 additional bed). 1 balcony, 1 dining, 1 functional kitchen, 2 levels, All amenities and one secured parking and 2 bed rooms air-conditioned, Ideal for up to 8 adults. Caretaker lives in the next house and guarantees seamless check in from 1 pm & checkout 24/7; Caretaker offers travel advice; owns a vehicle operated as a paid travel service to guests which includes pickup and drop off to airport for guests up to 5. Distance 1.5 km away from Ernakulam Town Railway station; 2 km from the city center.
The property owner lives overseas but administers key functions e.g., booking, guest communication etc. Caretaker James William lives in next house and ensures seamless check-in and check-out and offers guidance to guests through out their stay.
It is an ideal city sub-urban surrounding, 2 km away from main city center
