We own and operate 12 apartments in Deecon Valley Complex in Rishikesh since 2014 and our reviews speak the story. It is a matter of pride that we have hosted guests from almost 60 countries and from all over the country. All our apartments have fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, gas, microwave etc. All the apartments have air conditioning as well as heating and 24/7 hot and cold running water. The best part is our unique attention to details and hospitality. We believe that our guests are coming home and they must be looked after. All our caretaker Bhaiyas are well trained to assist our guests. Having travelled all over the world, we understand the needs of guests, particularly in the emerging pandemic scenario. Welcome to a fully air-conditioned flat in the hills, located inside the gated community of Deecon Valley in Tapovan. This beautiful apartment has two air conditioners. ONLY HOMLEE FLATS HAVE TWO ACs. LAXMAN JHOOLA IS ABOUT 1.5 KM ONLY. All our apartments have free parking, a Fully Equipped Kitchen, a 24/7 Caretaker, & availability of homemade food. This is a large 750 sq feet 1 bhk apartment having 1 double bed and 4 single and comfortable sofa beds and 2 washrooms making it comfortable for large families. STRICTLY NO PARTY, NO GET-TOGETHER, NO EVENT, NO DECORATION, NO MUSIC, AND NOISE. -All foreign nationals are required to submit copies of their passport and visa before check-in. All Indian Guests are also required to submit copies of their address/ ID proof. - Any unauthorized and delayed check-out after the specified time (11:00 AM) will attract a charge of INR 1500 per hour. - Please note that visitors are not allowed. Any visitor, even for few minutes, will be treated as an extra person and charges @ Rs 750 plus GST per person per day along with IDs in advance. However, if the visitor arrives without this procedure, he/she will be treated as unauthorised guests and charged @ Rs. 1500/- plus GST per person per day. This is for safety of community. _ Alternate day Housekeeping is complimentary. Daily cleaning is charged Rs. 550/- per day.
