Anu is a professional interior designer, committed to keep the vacation villa in its natural way. She loves to make sure every #guest safety, concern, and comfortable. She is happy to get you more information about houseboats, site seeing places, #beach and #entertainments. Customer satisfaction is really important to her. She is capable to arrange #food, traditional veg, or non veg. She continuously overseas to keep a village mood and feel in Layanila Alappuzha. She also researches to develop more ambience of traditional props to decorate with. She is such a flexible and humble woman with a helping attitude. Anu is flexible host, a good coordinator, always available a call away.

Layanila - Home away home. Recently renovated in in 2025 independent villa for family vacations & functions. Easy Access to Alappuzha beach (8 minutes), walkable distance to Reliance mall. 5 minutes to Houseboat dockyard. It's a best package for a family to hangout weeks - to a month for special functions. This property is also available for functions and parties with a pre-approval only. The Layanila home with four bedrooms, the master bedroom with A/c and the rest of the rooms are with ceiling fans. The property is in its 20 cents of land with boundary wall secured with surveillance camera. It's a great Neighborhood, calm and silent natural sounds like birds and wind beautiful addible always there. Please note this property does not allow any early check in or late check out until if you don't have an early approval.

A wonderful calm, silent area for a complete relaxation. Neighbours are educated and good profiles. Small grocery shops available next to the front gate. Main road, supermarket all available with in couples of minutes' walk. Reliance Mall is also 6 minutes walkable distance. Railway station, Bus stand, houseboat dockyard, beach and all the places are 1 to 10 minutes away from the location.
