The ambience was good, the rooms were clean, the staff were always ready to help, the food was tasty, the parking area was spacious. The view from the room was very beautiful. I was attending my college batch reunion, which was also organized in one of the halls in Olivia. The hall was spacious for the function. It is such a beautiful and peaceful property! I wish we could have stayed longer. It is bit secluded which was so nice! They helped to arrange everything for us from the kayaking tour to taxis to and from the airport. We got massages, did yoga class in the morning and the meals were excellent!

If you really want a vacation- to slow yourself and enjoy...

If you really want a vacation- to slow yourself and enjoy nature : Beach & Backwaters (for your thoughts) , Food (for your appetite). The beach was quite good and you could see a mix of people - tourists, locals and fishermen too at work. Best time : Sunset, Early morning if you need more privacy. Backwaters - A must watch to enjoy nature. Book a tour with enough time to spend near the fields & local village. Government run packages are good. If you are tight on budget, just travel like a local at a cheaper cost. Food - wide range is available and of course must try the local delicacies : appam/ puttu- kadalai curry and snacks - Banana, jackfruit chips. Commuting locally is currently(July 2026) challenged with road works would be much better in sometime. Rent a bike, auto are best options. Rapido bike started a week ago and we made good use of it.

Alleppey has a lot to explore , should stay a few days and explore the Vembanad Lake , backwater houseboats, marrari beach and Kuttanad. Also dont forget to visit some famous toddy shops & great seafood

We went to the Fool's Paradise and had a wonderful...

We went to the Fool's Paradise and had a wonderful experience in a beautiful old home with a pool. We enjoyed a boat ride around the inland lake and shopping in the area. Our facility provided all our food, and it was delicious. The staff took me to a wonderful hospital where I received care for leg wounds from the surf. You cannot swim here. Period. Very dangerous.

Everything beyond expectation !!!

Everything beyond expectation !!! Starting from harbor area to marvellous n excellent food to include beverage item - lunch ( kerala style fish taste), tea, Dinner and everything!! Sightseeing around with best sunset view is incredible !!! The hospitality of staff including the room is very good !!!

Accessibility to all areas and friendliness of the people who are so willing to help tourists. Tuk tuk and taxi drivers are especially helpful and will arrange for you to access the Backwaters - check prices before you decide. We ate at the Class Regency and Raheem's, both of which serve a variety of very good food - be prepared to wait, service may be a little slow. The highlight to us was the boat trip around the backwaters. A smaller boat is better as you will access the villages dotted along the shores. Be prepared, everyone will wave at you as you go by!!

The room was very clean, and we loved having direct access to the beach. It made our stay in Alleppey feel special and relaxing. The manager was well-educated, professional, and very calm. He handled some issues smoothly, including payment trouble with cards and even complications caused by a local strike. His calm attitude made us feel reassured. All the other staff were also kind and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.

Perfect for families with large rooms. Only accomodation in Alleppey that can accommodate 4 or even 5 people in one room, comfortably. They send us a video of room before we came which was convenient and reassuring. Rooms were very clean. Swiming pool was also cleaned. And good fun. Best of all was the excellent houseboat cruise.Great good ontheboat. Staff nice polite on both their boat and homestay. Owner was so chilled.

when i called for location the front office manger in the evening shift refuse to take my booking, he said we not accept any booking from BOOKING.COM. i am shocked, i told i have confirm booking he not allow me to check in with BOOKING.COM, he said if you want room pay 1000/- what is this happening, don't book this hotel. In the night time i am hunting with other hotel, he is not listing to me.

The hosts are two of the most warm and lovely people you could come across. We were in Alleppey for a function and booked three rooms for two nights. The rooms were clean and spacious and we had running hot water. They made us delicious traditional breakfasts in the morning and let us order takeaway and eat dinner at their dining table.
