The proprietor of Metropolitan Serviced Villa was an employee of an international organization over 25 years at a managerial position and thus possess excellent professional knowledge serving the community / society / groups / individuals / guests or any other sort of personal with diligence and absolute care. More than the concept of money making, the owner of Metropolitan genuinely values the real comfort /safety / tranquility of each and every guests of Metropolitan no matter whichever the category / unit of accommodation chosen. Like the proprietor, also the staff served the Villa are also very much happy to assist its guests all the time, Music - listen & enjoying it / singing along or Karaoke is made possible on the 2nd floor of the Villa in a Party Hall. For sports activities, Treadmill / other machine for exercise / Yoga mattress are also made available

Metropolitan Serviced Villa is a unique Homestay, approved by Govt.of.Kerala, located at the heart of Kochi City for an absolute peaceful & comfortable stay due to the tranquility it offers to all guests round the clock. Town is just just 300 meters, available all what you wanted, reachable in a walkable distance - restaurants / shopping / groceries.... Another attraction is unlimited service / support from Metropolitan staff - make you for homely feeling through out your stay. European guests can easily communicate into other international languages - especially French Language as the owner lived abroad over 25 years.

Kaloor City Centre is just adjacent to Metropolitan in walkable distance. As mentioned in on the property caption, there are plenty of restaurants / eateries at the taste of our guests near the Villa. As Villa has got three Kitchen, self cooking is possible due to the proximity of well known super markets just nearby. Mosques / Churches / Temples are just in a short distance. Famous Kochi hospitals are located near-hood of Metropolitan - Multi Speciality PVS Memorial Hospital, Lissie Hospital, Specialty Hospital . Renai Medcity, Hestia Hospital are few of them. Railway Station is just in 1 km. Kochi Metro - Kaloor Jn is within 400 meters. Shopping Mall and other supermarkets are plenty in the town. Marine Drive is just 3km away and Ernakulam Subash Park is within 5km. Boating and other sort of driving / shopping through Ernakulam Broad way etc... are very much of attraction while enjoying accommodation with Metropolitan.
