Built to escape the daily grind, this 5-bedroom pool villa in Alibaug is located 93 kms from Mumbai. The pet-friendly home gets its name from the large verandah that can accommodate up to 30 people. The spacious living room here has a leather king throne chair, a TV set, and a sofa. With an attached bedroom and a powder room, it is right next to the swimming pool. 2 other bedrooms on the ground level have open bathrooms and steps that lead to the swimming pool. 3 bedrooms with convenient access make this home elderly-friendly. On level one, there’s a huge balcony along with 2 bedrooms. Please note: - Guests can book rooms of this home INDIVIDUALLY on weekdays. - One bedroom on the first floor does not have an attached bathroom. - Alibaug experiences load shedding by MSEB every Tuesday, between 9 am - 6 pm, and during monsoon, power cuts may recur throughout the day. We have a for backup power. However, we advice switching off ACs every 3 hours to avoid burnouts. Security deposit 5000 - For extra guests, there are 10 extra mattresses available onsite.
