We offer 2 chalets which are constructed with traditional material in modern style. Both the chalets have very warm, comfortable and beautiful feel of exquisitely finished wooden floor and ceiling with mud plastered walls. It is a great place to laze around in the spacious and sunny garden, or to use beautiful wooden floor for yoga practice as you see fit. It is a beautiful space to not only live and work from but to rejuvenate yourselves after the tense city life.
Both Rashmi and Rajnish are founders of a non profit organisation working to develop conservation based livelihood opportunities for rural people in this region. The property on the offer was our home till we moved further north, where we live and work now deep in the mountains, and thought of offering this wonderful place to travellers who want to spend a meaningful and healthy life while still working.
The property is surrounded by the forest and you can enjoy beautiful walks in the forest as you step out of the property or laze around in the spacious garden, apart from making a day visit to nearby famous places such as Kasar Devi Temple or Binsar wild life sanctuary or Jageshwar group of temples. This is a unique location to work from home as the chalets come with well appointed kitchens for self cooking and a highly reliable internet.
