The Hosteller is a backpacker hostel chain suited for young travellers, and does not permit guests below 18 years of age, even with legal guardians.
The property is pet friendly, and we allow pets only in private rooms (not dorms). Any damages are attributable to the pet owners.
The property follows a lean, self-service and no-frills hospitality model to keep stays affordable, with select amenities available on a pay-as-you-use basis.
Drugs, misconduct, non-payment, theft, vandalism or policy violations will lead to immediate eviction without refund and possible permanent blacklisting.
Outside food and alcohol is permitted only in designated common areas and inside private rooms. It is strictly prohibited inside dorm rooms.
Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking zones within the premises.
Alcohol consumption or smoking in non-designated areas will incur an additional charge of INR 2000 per incident.
For group bookings of 2 or more guests, same-dorm accommodation is not guaranteed as room allocation is automated and subject to availability.
