This spacious 96-year-old heritage villa is located very close to Alappuzha Beach and the old port (10 min walk). The villa is maintained in such a way as to give you a feeling of tasteful old-world charm. Perfect for a big family. The villa features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 LED smart TVs, free Wi-Fi, free private parking, a dining area, and a spacious living room. The property has a lawn with a hammock under the trees and a seating area perfect for when you want to do nothing.

Nestled in greenery & centrally located, the villa is just 5 mins drive from Popular Restaurants, Shops, Alleppey Light House, Beach, Ancient Churches, Temples, and the world-famous Alappuzha Backwaters.
