On old Mumbai-Pune highway NH48. Safe and secure. Short Drive to good restaurants, Wet N Joy water park, Kinara Restaurant, Wax Museum & Karla Caves. There are 12 bedrooms and shared living room, shared 3 kitchens and shared garden and shared dining area. Balconies are available with all rooms. Full size pool table & carom boar available- great place to unwind. - shared Swimming pool is inside the property. Great to walk around- wide concrete roads around the property. Well maintained- the caretaker does a brilliant job of maintaining the property well. Interiors are charming- a blend of modern and traditional artifacts are placed around the house. You can request for a barbecue set up at an additional charge and its the best experience ever. Living room has excellent views of lush greenery around, you could sneak a peak at the mountains with the clouds, the sliding French windows/Doors helps to get clear views. Ample parking available for 6 cars and more. Well Maintained lawns. Appliances like a double door Fridge, microwave, gas range, washing machine TV with Set top box. available, Overall a great value for money & luxurious stay.

Anytime is best time to go to Karla / Lonavala. Cool and pollution free climate throughout the year. Very close to many famous restaurants and roadside dhabas. ‘WET-N-JOY’ water park is just 4 k.m. away from the property. Karla is very close to Lonavla/Khandala and the nearest rail station is Malavli (3 km). A famous Ekvira Aai Mandir a Hindu temple & Karla Caves are located very near to the property. Best way to reach the property is Google ‘Bendre’s Holiday Home-Karla’ and follow the route. Take Lonawala's last exit on expressway if you are coming from Mumbai and you will come on old Mumbai-Pune NH48. Drive about 8 k.m towards Pune on old Mumbai-Pune highway and arrive at Karla/Malavli crossroads / p One wheel chair available on the property. Malavli railway station is 3 km from the property and enough public transport is available nearby. A taxi or rickshaw can be booked from the property.
