Villa Anandha is new property and out resort will be opening end of this year. We currently run only 1 property .

Villa Ananda is a cosy and calm Ayurvedic therapy center located in an authentic village in Trivandrum, Kerala. Villa Ananda has 7 rooms on three floors. The village is called Poonkulam in Malayalam language which means “flower spring”. Villa Ananda is surrounded by greenish village landscape and offers a great chance to be in touch with the genuine life of Kerala ,Trivandrum. The largest freshwater lake Vellayani is close to our Villa and popular Kovalam beach is just a few kilometers away. Trivandrum international airport is 12 km away from Villa Ananda making it easy to reach.

The largest freshwater lake Vellayani is close to our Villa and popular Kovalam beach is just a few kilometers away. Our neighbourhood is very friendly with lot of nature . There is agricultural field ,you can go visit and even do a evening walk.
