Located in the hills above Nice, in a secure gated residence community, this luxurious private villa is the perfect place for a family vacation, for up to 10 -12 persons. With 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large garden, terraces, and everything you will need or want for a pleasant stay among family and friends. Great location, near from the center of city. close to many tourist spots. With about 2800 sq. feet, on two levels, the villa, which is accessed through , features on the ground floor a large and bright 70 m² Living room comfortably furnished, From there, you access the Dining room with large windows overlooking the garden, and a fully equipped Kitchen (American refrigerator, microwave oven, induction plates, coffee maker etc.) with a counter and seating area. The house is equipped with hi-speed internet access/WiFi, connection taken throughout the house. Living room by night On the upper floor, a Master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a 2nd bedroom with a double bed and a shower room share a 10 m² balcony overlooking the garden and the Mountains
