Wild Window Home Stay offers 3 Executive Rooms on the first floor for Guests which is accessible via an external staircase. The rooms have balconies facing the Wildlife Sanctuary , with a visibility of Wild Animals during day at close range. Additionally we can provide a Bedroom on the Ground floor with the Host for the aged citizens. Our property is at a distance of one kilometer from the City Center. View from our Property: 1) From Balcony facing East direction you can spot Green Lush Wood Land of Periyar Reserve where you during day time you may spot Lion headed Nilgiri Langurs. Malabar Giant Squirrels, Monitor Lizard and various species of Birds, On Night fall a herd of Wild Boars will be the first to arrive. During night if you are lucky you may spot Porcupines, Sambar Deers, Wild Elephants. 2) Towards South side you can spot Meadows in where you can go for Jogging and get the non polluted fresh air. The area is good enough for Football or Cricket . 3) On your West side you may spot the Misty mountain view of Periyar Tiger Reserve. If you come with a Binocular it will be a mesmerizing moments to get a close glimpse of Wild. There is a Wine and Beer Parlour near us for those who want to chill out.

So please don't throw anything - especially PLASTIC, Food items into the forest, as it may endanger the Wild animals which are in close proximity to our property. 2) This property is very Close to WILDLIFE . Please avoid any Loud Speech & Loud Music at Night !

A morning jog close to the Tiger Reserve is an ideal leisure to immerse yourself in nature and its beauty! *You can find a restaurant within 500 meters. * It is 1 km from the city center. *Thekkady has a parking ground at 1.2 km, from where you can take the National Park bus service for Boating. * Thekkady Boating has 5 trips a day. * Thekkady Rose Park is a delight for Kids and Youths, located at a distance of 3.5 km from our property. * Elephant Ride, Kathakali Dance Theater, Martial Arts (Kalari) and various Sight Seeing, Spice Plantations Visits, Tea Factory visits and Trekking trips are at a close from our Home Stay. * Rejuvenation and Wellness of Traditional Ayurvedic Centers are close by and appointments can be arranged. Over night buses are available from Kumily to metro cities of South India -Chennai, Banglore and vice versa.
