Wild root stay is a combination of luxury camping and outdoor accommodation with a great view over the Chembra peak in Wayanad. It offers accommodation in a valley view, close to the nature, with a comfort near of a hotel plus camping feeling. Great place to escape from the busy life. Everyone needs a change to start again. You could enjoy the green lush and the wild melodies of nature ,relish with views of the valley's , the chill in the wind , watching twinkling stars & sleeping .You may wake up seeing misty sky and the canvas of colours scattered in the horizon or may enjoy the jungle rain. If lucky enough may be able to see guest's in day the monkey's and night ones like wild deer's, elephants and bats. You are going to cherish this hangout in the woods. A sure thing to include in your wanderlust

The road leading to the place is pucca concrete and tar roads. The road passes through tea and coffee groves which are very photogenic sceneries. Normal sedan cars will reach the chalet. These woods are located at a high altitude of around 6000 Ft from sea level. Winter temp ranges from 12° to 18° and in summer max average temp is 26°. From Vythiri town it is an 11 km - 30 minutes drive. Well-built concrete roads reach the location. From wild roots, it is only a 10-minute walk to the natural stream where you can take a bath. Private property waterfalls and tea estate visit is 10 minutes drive and can be arranged. Banasura Dam is 20 minutes drive from the location. Amenities We are offering you to enjoy nature and to have family time. You can enjoy the jungle life in an A-frame house, cabin living, or in a dome tent. Surprise your friends and family with your barbecue skills. Try your singing with karaoke. A jungle stream is available nearby to enjoy a chilled dip bath. Enjoy trekking or cycling. Food arranged on order.
