The room was not clean, poor sanitation, no towel and other essentials were provided. Poor experience.

Dear Booking.com Team, I am writing to express my absolute frustration and dissatisfaction with this booking made through your platform. Despite having a confirmed reservation made one full week in advance, upon arriving at the hotel today, I was informed that the hotel is fully booked and they could not honor my reservation. This unacceptable oversight has caused immense inconvenience, stress, and disrupted my travel plans significantly. It is appalling that a reputed service like Booking.com would confirm a reservation without ensuring the availability at the hotel. I demand an immediate explanation as to how this situation occurred and expect prompt action to rectify the distressing inconvenience caused. Very dirty place, dirty room nothing any facility.

Payment and administration was easy and hastle free

I stayed here for one night and was very impressed. The hotel is very close to the airport, beautifully designed, well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The room was spacious with a nice interior and very comfortable. All the staff I met were polite, helpful and genuinely welcoming. Overall, it felt like a very well-built and well-run property, and I would happily stay here again whenever I need to be near the airport.

Close to Airport, Friendly staff, very clean. Taxi is available at the hotel if required

Good location, hill top view. The food was good but it took a while to cook and get them ready. Can’t complain but I would have preferred to stay inside the room than waiting inside the restaurant for long.
