Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 15 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER.

Apartment located in the hamlet of Riva Trigoso just 350 meters from the sea and the beach. Surrounded by all services, it is the ideal place to stay to visit Sestri Levante, whose center is about 3km away, and the nearby towns such as Portofino, Santa Margherita, Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre which are about an hours journey away. Located on the second floor of four of a building equipped with a lift, the apartment has a living room with sofa, TV, dining table and balcony and kitchen equipped with gas stove, oven, fridge and freezer, moka pot, kitchen utensils and crockery . The kitchen has access to a terrace furnished with an external table and chairs. Continuing you will find two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds for a total of 3 beds. For your personal belongings you can use wardrobes and chests of drawers. Finally, there is a bathroom complete with sanitary fixtures, a bathtub that can also be used as a shower as it is equipped with a hand shower and a washing machine. For the laundry there is a drying rack. The heating for the winter months is managed by the condominium. There is a WI-FI connection. There is no air conditioning. The accommodation does not have private parking but in the immediate vicinity you will find free and paid public parking. The linen is rented from a specialized company and supplied by us based on the number of people in the reservation and is included in the price. For the rubbish you will have access to the bins in front of the house with a key. Pets are allowed with a supplement, only small ones.
