Molarasi Apartment is located on the eastern side of Sardinia, just 4 km from the famous Cala Brandinchi beach (9 minutes by car). The apartment features a comfortable living room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. On the spacious covered terrace, you can relax for hours on comfortable loungers while enjoying the sea view. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and satellite TV. Outside, there is a shared garden with swimming pool, hot tub, and sunbeds—an ideal spot to end a summer day with a cocktail. The nearest beach, Lu Impostu, is only a 9-minute drive away (4.5 km), where you will also find restaurants. The closest supermarket is just 3 minutes away by car (1 km) from the property. Parking is available on the property and on the street. Bed linen and towels are available on request for an extra fee. The pool and hot tub are open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. If additional guests wish to stay, this must be arranged in advance with the owner. If waste is not separated according to the provided rules, a deduction from the deposit may apply. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs, highchairs.
