"270 View" is a spacious apartment of nearly 200 square metres located in the quiet area of Faggeto Lario, ideally suited for a large family or a group of friends. From this apartment, you will enjoy a magnificent view of Lake Como. The interiors are furnished in a modern style with a touch of elegance to make your stay both comfortable and enjoyable. You will be captivated by the panorama visible from the balcony and the furnished terrace, while the colours of the decorations and paintings will allow you breathe an atmosphere of serenity and vibrancy. The apartment can accommodate up to seven people, thanks to three double bedrooms and one single bedroom. You will find a spacious kitchen equipped with everything you will need - induction cooktop, hood, fridge, dishwasher, etc., and also furnished with stools and a counter for maximum functionality. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, as well as a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV and equipped with electric shutters.
