The 1919 apartment is set in Sestri Levante, at the 4th floor of a building in the tipical Italian "Caruggio", main street of Sestri Levante, full of shops and restaurants where you can eat Focaccia (traditional bread) and enjoy Liguria food close all the beaches, just 150 meters away. The just renovated apartment includes 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and two single beds), a living room and 1 bathroom with shower, wc and bidet. In addition, guests staying at this apartment have access to a fully equipped kitchen. A flat-screen TV is featured. The house, a combination of ancient and contemporary style, is in the city center, you can reach main attractions by foot. If you walk 5 minutes from the house, you can reach the two most famous beaches of Sestri Levante: "la Baia del Silenzio" and "la Baia delle favole". Just a ten minutes by walk you can reach the port or the train station with which you can easily reach by boat or by train the main tourist destinations such as Portofino or the Cinque Terre (only 30 minutes).

We are Maria Vittoria, Luca, Giacomo, Paola and Mario, an enthusiastic family! We are all born and raised in Sestri Levante and for this reason we are in love with our peninsula in its most varied facets. We are students and workers based in Milan and obviously in Sestri Levante. The name of the apartment 1919 is the date of birth of our Grandmother Franca to whom we were connected in a visceral manner, who transmitted to us the love for this land and followed us throughout our lives with character and strength. We speak Italian and English and we are at your disposal if needed. We hope to offer you a pleasant stay and a place to feel at home. Waiting for you!! Tomaini's family.
