The apartment is located in eastern Sardinia, just 4 km from the famous Cala Brandinchi beach (9 minutes by car). It features a living room with a kitchenette and a large dining table, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and two with a double bed), and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. On the private covered terrace with sea view, you can relax for hours on the comfortable loungers. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and satellite TV. Outside, guests will find a large shared garden with a swimming pool, hot tub, and sun loungers—perfect for ending a summer day with a cocktail. The nearest beach, Lu Impostu, is just 9 minutes away by car (4.5 km), where you will also find restaurants. The closest supermarket is only 3 minutes away by car (1 km) from the property. Parking is available on the property and on the street. Bed linens and towels are available on request for an extra fee. The pool and hot tub are open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If additional guests wish to stay, this must be agreed in advance with the owner. Failure to sort waste according to the indicated rules may result in a deduction from the security deposit. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs, highchairs.
