- April 2026 - These sunny days invite relaxing days by the sea or strolls along the brand-new bike path. From the apartment, following the new bike path below the house, you can reach the sea in 10 minutes on foot, by bike, or with a stroller for children, without even having to navigate the city traffic. For those who want to stay fit in the morning, there's also a small outdoor gym right below the house. This apartment in the center of Imperia Oneglia, 500 meters from the sea, accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 child and features: - living room with kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine with pods available for guests; - bedroom with sunny balcony (for smokers) and open views of the hill, the city, and the new bike path; - bathroom with window, shower, washing machine, and hairdryer. THE REMOTE CONTROL FOR ACCESS TO OUR PRIVATE GARAGE NEAR THE HOUSE WITH SHUTTER AND KEY LOCK IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO OUR CUSTOMERS FREE OF CHARGE.
I enjoy welcoming my guests personally, offering them tips on what to see and how to best experience the area. At the same time, since I live just a few kilometers away, I'm always available for any needs, while ensuring maximum privacy during your stay.
Right below the house, a splendid bike path passes through the city center and continues along the coast, connecting all the characteristic seaside villages. Perfect for exploring the surrounding area by bike or on foot, enjoying picturesque views, the scent of the sea, and unforgettable stops. The new bike path passes through the center of all the coastal villages, following the old railway tracks. From it, you can admire various sea views with cliffs overlooking the sea, sandy beaches, and pebble beaches both day and night, as the beach is lit up! Upon arrival at our accommodation, upon check-in, you will have the remote control for our private garage, so you can store your bikes or your car in complete relaxation. For those arriving by train, the new train station is about 1.5 km from the apartment and is directly connected to the accommodation by the new bike path. For those who wish to reach Imperia for work, the apartment is conveniently located near all major public and private offices. A few meters from the apartment is the "Imperia Courthouse," easily reached on foot in just a few minutes, located just before the large COOP shopping center. The historic "Carli Oil Museum" is located 200 meters from the apartment. Continuing the theme of local products, the "O.N.A.O.O." center is also located near the apartment. This center is dedicated to learning the basic techniques for tasting olive oil, essential for understanding it better, learning to savor it, and distinguishing the characteristics, qualities, and defects of different products. An authentic opportunity to learn firsthand about the qualities, characteristics, and traditions associated with this precious food. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Imperia shipyard and the Imperia Oneglia marina.
