Pleasant family-run structure, located in a modern and quiet environment of Tropea just 5 minutes by car from the historic centre and a few steps from the sea. At 300 steps from the sea it offers an apartment with double air-conditioned area and with classic furnishings from the memories of the sea, equipped with kitchenette equipped with utensils, fridge / freezer, cold / hot air conditioning, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, flat screen TV and washing machine. It also has a private balcony where you can have lunch and dinner in the open air in tranquillity, free wifi, private parking in the structure guaranteed. 300 steps from the sea it is suitable for couples, small and large families who wish to spend a relaxing holiday in Tropea, in a modern and family atmosphere
