CONDITIONS AND RULES: Check-in from 4.00 pm to 10.00 pm (possible extras for late check-in) Tourist tax to be paid at check-in, according to the tax regulations of the local municipality. Domestic utilities (water, electricity, gas) included in the price. It is mandatory to carry out separate waste collection, according to the provisions explained by the host. If this is not respected, or if waste is left in disorder, there is a penalty of 100 euros. Security deposit of 500 euros required upon arrival. At check-in or shortly before arrival you will be provided with the Welcome Book, with advice on the area and activities, as well as the house rules. Signing of the rental contract is mandatory at check-in. In compliance with safety regulations, the identity documents of each guest (including minors) must be presented at check-in at the latest for the transmission of data to the competent authorities.
