A Casa di Elena 28 is a tiny house located in the middle of the old town of Polignano. The house was renovated but we left beautiful details of the old structure in everythe room. The house has four floors, one of which is the terrace with a wonderful seaview, so it seems like a little tower. On the first floor there is a living area with a tv, this room is very fresh because it has two windows, so there is a lot of air and light! By a staircase you have access to the second floor with the bedroom with A/C, a really comfortable French bed (140x190cm) and the WC with shower. On the third floor, if you fancy cooking, there is the kitchenette fairly equipped with everything you need for easy cooking (no oven). From this room you have access to the first terrace, which has a shaded patio equipped with chairs, dining table and a lot of colorful and scented flowers. Last but not least there is the fourth floor with the breathtaking seaview terrace, where you can admire the Polignano coast and the amazing border between the sea and the sky, and their wonderful colours especially at sunrise. This accomodation is perfect for couples willing to explore the city and who want to live like locals in a typical house, where everything is within walking distance: bars, restaurants, shops, beaches, train and bus station. I don’t recommend my house for people who have difficulty in climbing stairs, anyways I’m available in sending photos of the house, in this way you can decide according to your needs.
