A casa di Twiggy is a large and bright apartment that has been totally renovated with current materials and comforts but which, consistent with the period of construction of the building, retains a mid-century atmosphere, thanks to some modern decorations and furnishings, researched and personally restored by me. Everything is designed in detail to welcome you into the house with care and comfort and to enjoy the city. In fact, you will also have at your disposal tourist brochures and my guest book, in which I share a lot of information and useful advice on transport, restaurants, tourist attractions, etc. I’m available, before and during your stay, to give you any useful information. It's composed of: entrance; large living area with fully equipped kitchen (except freezer), dining table, smart-work station and relax area with smart TV and double sofa bed; three double or twin bedrooms, with the possibility of adding a third single regular bed; two bathrooms with large shower; laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack. It’s equipped with: free and fast wi-fi, 32" smart TV in the bedrooms and 43" in the living room, air conditioning, central heating, bed linen and towels, shower gel and shampoo, tea and coffee, basic condiments; on request I can provide a cot, highchair and changing mat for children 0-3 years old.

Hi, I'm Federica, originally from the Marche region and adopted by Bologna, a lover of travel, reading, dancing, my children and all those people, things and places that have a story to tell. This is also why I love dedicating myself to restoration and creative recovery and, when I have time, I like to learn some new small creative art. I appreciate good food and I like to cook and try typical food from different parts of the world. I'm always curious to visit different places and learn something new. A few years ago my husband and I started hosting in the family home and the satisfaction of doing so prompted me, over time, to completely change my working life and devote myself full time to tourist hospitality. The houses in which I host you speak of me because I personally designed, furnished and set them up, according to a different style in each one but where many objects have a past and a story to tell.

The apartment is located in Porta San Donato, in a quiet and peaceful street, adjacent to the Sant'Orsola Hospital and the University Area, convenient for the Station and the Exibition. The Two Towers are exactly 1 km away. It is outside the ZTL area and so is easily accessible by car. Street parking is subject to charges (blue lines) Monday / Saturday 8 am-6pm. Upon request and subject to availability, it is possible to park only one car in one of the parking spaces in front of the building (yellow stripes). The bus stop is a few meters from the house. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, services and shops.
