You will find a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for remote work, air conditioning in the bedroom and kitchen-living area, TV, washing machine, capsule coffee machine, and a terrace barbecue. Ceiling fans are available in the bedroom and bathroom for added comfort. Outside, a private 50 m² terrace with sunshades surrounds the property, offering beautiful sea views from two sides, as well as mountain and Marinello lakes scenery. The Marinello lakes, a nature reserve, are a 10-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can use the boat shuttle service for a unique experience.
