Local cuisine and amazing local wines . panoramic spectacular views , our famous Saffron , olive oils, of which i am a sommiliere of Olive oil and love to teach guests how to know how to select a quality olive oil from a poor quality one just by taste. We have a very large garden full of fruits and nuts of all varieties, all of which contain bird houses and bird feeders so its such a joy to see and hear so many wild birds that also come to stay with us year after year. We pride ourself ond the wealth of information we supply our guests as we feel information of the region is of such importance to all of our guests. In a region that doesnt speak much english its a huge advantage to be able to make our guests feel so at home in a language they speak plus we pride ourselves on giving them home from home comforts.
