An entirely renovated villa dating back to the early 1900s, located in Collegno, 200 meters from Corso Francia, one of the main arteries of the metropolitan city of Turin and therefore convenient for the motorway network and the subway, B&B Ad Quintum Turin offers accommodation for those who want to enjoy the pleasure offered by the period architecture, with stained glass windows, internal marble staircase and some original furnishing elements and at the same time want to enjoy the current comforts, such as access to the structure with digital keys, to rooms with badges, Wi-Fi connection, lighting and LED TV, minibar, air-conditioned rooms and internal parking. Great attention has been paid to the environmental impact to minimize energy consumption through the use of solar panels and room insulation. In this context, the offer of a sweet and savory breakfast is included, able, upon request, to satisfy the needs of people with food intolerances, including gluten intolerance.
My wife and I are passionate travelers and we have always preferred to stay in B&B around the world for the hospitality they know how to offer. We therefore wanted to realize the dream of becoming a host to welcome and advise people who want to visit the area where we were born and that we love so much.
The property is located in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Collegno, crossed by a very pleasant tree-lined linden-tree avenue, convenient to all services (subway included) and with many shops and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity there is the Leumann Village, a late 19th century cotton mill, whose activity, which has been closed since 2007, still leaves room for an interesting museum and textile product outlets, and the Certosa Reale, a former monastery of the end of the 17th century with annex a magnificent park. Reachable in about twenty minutes by car, are the Reggia di Venaria Reale, a splendid Savoy mansion, a UNESCO heritage site, the historic center of Turin (also by public transport) and the Castello di Rivoli, one of the main museums of art Contemporary.
