A boutique hotel in the true sense of the word. Very compact, with exceptional attention to every detail and a great deal of care for guests. Comfortable sleep: orthopedic mattresses, natural bed linen, and peace and quiet. Strong water pressure, a convenient bathroom, and a wide counter by the sink. The location is excellent: close to the most central squares and the best restaurants, yet still quiet. The hotel also has its own parking. There were three of us, and we asked for rooms close to each other — everything was arranged even better than we could have expected. Breakfast includes several healthy options. It is worth the money. Without a doubt, the next time we come to Turin, we will stay only here.

The hotel staff were exceptional. Every person working in the hotel from the front desk, to the wait staff, to the cleaning crew were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Whenever we had a question or needed clarification on travel, the staff were very helpful and followed up with us to ensure that our needs were met. Staff highly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very clean and located in a central area where most attractions are within walking distance and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

We have been coming to Castello di Razzano for many years, always bringing friends and family, and constantly recommending it to others. This is an absolutely idyllic spot - just magical. The hosts are gracious, the rooms are big and comfortable, the dinner and breakfast outstanding. Although we came here regularly for many years, it had been nearly 10 years since our last visit and we found it now better than ever. A wonderful addition is the restaurant within the castello enclosure. An elegant dining experience accompanied by the perfect wines from the estate. In our view there is just nothing to fault about his place, even on a cold rainy late October day, strolling around the grounds with our little dog was a pleasure.

Turin is a wonderful city that I'd recommend for a weekend away. It's a relaxed city with few tourists and very friendly locals. Underrated and somewhere I'd encourage people to visit as it's affordable, easy to get around on transport, and just overall very pleasant. I'd recommend visiting the film museum, car museum, and the Valenitno botanical gardens.

Local attractions, the islands, parks, the town, SUP and swimming either directly in the Lago Maggiore or in a small lake nearby, boat rides, great food, even a massive yarn market and mall 10 minutes away for mom's shopping pleasure! Evening dinner in town was a joy and walking around all over town was a nice stroll.

Very lovely small village.

Very lovely small village. The church and the campanile is beautiful. Boats from the islands can also be accessible via Baveno. Our favorite is Pescatori. Stresa is just too busy, I prefer to stay in Baveno. There is a bus every hour in direction Arona with stops including Stresa.

Verbania looks kind of like a nice little town but, almost...

Verbania looks kind of like a nice little town but, almost no spots to go on the lake for a swim, very inconvinient if you want to walk to another town, or cycle. There is too many cars and noise, which makes the city just not as attractive. Also you dont see any sport infrastructure outside like a park to workout. i feel like its like a place for unhealthy people.

Cannobio is a nice size, there are plenty of nice restaurants, the scenery is fantastic, and in general it is just an interesting town to wander around. Lago Maggiore is gorgeous and the hills are traversed by many well-maintained walking paths. We visited in June, tourists were numerous but not excessively so, predominantly German or Swiss German. We found the local Italians friendly and helpful and as willing to speak a bit of English as German.

The hotel was in a perfect location.

The hotel was in a perfect location. Beautifully decorated and maintained. The whole lake area was beautiful. A delight to wander around the shops, eat at cafes and restaurants and the pathways to walk around the lake are great. The markets were fun to wander.

Asti exceeded expectations.

Asti exceeded expectations. We came for a show, and were glad we'd decided to stay for a few nights. The old town has much to see, and is lovely and quiet with very few tourists. Loved wandering around, and also did some lovely day trips to Alba, Neive and Moncalvo, all within half an hour drive.

Alba has everything you need. Shops, restaurants and all amenities. There is free parking in the large carpark near the station. The older part of town is very pretty and full of wine and truffle shops. We did a wine tasting at the historic Pio Cesare which you need to organise in advance.

Susa is what I'd call an authentic town.

Susa is what I'd call an authentic town. They haven't gone too far down the route of turning it into a tourist centre. We spent our time walking in the surrounding countryside and wandering through the narrow streets., which we enjoyed. We felt safe walking around Maybe not for everybody, especially people wanting to go to a lot of museums.

The view of the lake.

The view of the lake. I would recommend booking a lake view with a small balcony. Only 5 minutes walk into town where there are plenty of places to eat and drink, ferries etc. Ideal location to visit other parts of the lake.
