The lake view from our room was amazing. Everything was clean and comfortable, and there were no issues with noise from other rooms. There's plenty of parking on site, and the included breakfast was wonderful.

We loved being on the waterfront, facing the Convent island. A charming place to stay within the old town and with lovely staff and a delicious buffet breakfast. We thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. The ladies that are working there, really try to make it comfortable for the clients. Food was also good. Wifi connection was a bit low in the room, but it worked fine.

We enjoyed every detail of our stay at the hotel. The design of the room was absolutely stunning, and we felt cared for every single moment. My partner celebrated his birthday during our visit, and he was so touched when the team surprised him with a small birthday cake and a candle while we were enjoying breakfast in the unique garden. The private spa in the room was a true gem that we thoroughly enjoyed. The only thing we didn’t like was how short our time was in this wonderful place.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staff was just the best, they even allowed us to check in after hours and get our last breakfast a bit earlier in order to make it to the airport on time. The beds were very comfy, the hotel has everything you need, the rooms have spacious balconies with a good view of the mountains.

We loved the location and the room with lake view. We loved the pool, lake and the delicious food. We especially loved the roof top bar.

Outstanding views of Lake Orta. Excellent dinner with a view. Basic but OK breakfast. We were given late checkout so we were able to take a shower early afternoon before driving to the airport to an evening flight (it was the early phases of the heatwave). Excellent location to travel around lake Orta, Valsesia, also Lago Maggiore. Take note, you should have a car to reach the hotel and getting in and out involves driving a narrow mountain road. No air-conditioning, but ceiling fan was quite enough and it was rather pleasent in the room despite the heat, given the height (except in mid morning when direct sun enters the room).
