The place is beautifully designed and furnished. The room is big, bright and comfy. The kitchen is fully equipped and as a bonus there is a really cute espresso machine. The property is well lit and in a quiet yet central location. The property manager is on top of every detail to make sure the stay exceeds your expectations. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting or staying in Novara.

The location, the top staff, the rooms, facilities (even private parking), the breakfast, the tasteful decoration.

Great location, near Garibaldi street. Staff was very responsive and accomodating. We could check-in late and leave the luggage after check out for a little bit.

Great options for breakfast, thoughtfully themed accommodations, comfortable room and sitting area, great hosts, pretty view from the room, nice shower!

Barbara is a very sweet host. She greeted me warmly with cheerful enthusiam upon my arrival. Barbara has the kind of voice that you could listen to all day without without getting tiring of it. Wonderful personality! The breakfast was very nice. Croissants, granola, yoghurt, fruit, ham and cheese. Juice and coffee. The room was comfortable with a very good bed. She even walked us to a nearby restaurant to ensure we didnt get lost. Two bottles of water in the room which was very kind of her. Highly recommended!

Hosts Barbara Frederico and Gustavo were incredibly warm and helpful. Facilities spotless, well-maintained and modern. Location with spectacular views of Lake Orta and an on site restaurant make this a great base for exploring Pella and surrounding area.

Massimo, Arianna and family arw amazing. They coordinated and accomodated our need for an early checkin. Communication is exceptional. This is a lovely well situated apartment in the heart of Cannobio. We did self checkin from a received video, which helped guide us through the necessary steps upon arrival. They greeted us before we departed from our short stay and their sincere warmth made us wish we could stay a bit longer and share a bit of time with them. The apartment is impeccably clean, thoughtfully/masterfully laid out and supplied with all you require in a beautiful compact space with solid fixtures and just super well appointed. We used the refrigerator to store some cheese we were transporting. There were two sparkling waters in the refrigerator provided gratis, which hit the spot upon arrival. There was coffee capsules for espresso, as well as a variety of teas. The place is compact, yet feels spacious. I could imagine staying here on business or on leisure. The hosts recommended some places to eat and we felt if we had the need that they were always there for us. Understated, yet classic Italian warmth and hospitality. Modern ammenities in a historic Cannobio building with a shared and gated/enclosed courtyard area for those that want to take in the nearby outdoors in nice weather. Highly recommended for so very many reasons! Book with confidence and stay in beautiful Cannobio longer than we did. Among the very best in its class! Enjoy!!!
