The place is a straight shot from the train station on Via IV Novembre, about 400 meters or so. Check in was easy with the manager meeting us earlier than originally requested (our train got in before 13:30). With kind efficiency and use of Google translate, we were shown our room and operation of features and shared kitchen with breakfast foods, coffee capsules, tea and much more. The room was spacious with a convenient desk. The newly renovated en suite bath had the largest shower I've encountered in Italy so far. 😁 This is one of three rooms sharing a large eat in kitchen situation in an older apartment building. It seems secure as there are 2 doors (door into building and door into the apartments) in addition to the locked door of one's room. Room #3 has access to a balcony that offered a place to sit for your morning coffee. It's next to a parking lot. The most notable feature of this room was the abundance and variety of bath products (shaving cream, intimate wash, flushable wipes) and kitchen condiments (sugar, creamer, bottled water with carbonation, along with salt, pepper and olive oil). The breakfast items and tea selection was good as well.

Casetta Luce is in a beautiful, secluded location but close to everything Piedmont offers. The hosts are genuine and caring and welcomed us into their space generously. The rooms are immaculate and modern with very comfortable beds. There are amazing views from everywhere on the property and the outdoor patios and gardens are perfect for relaxing. I can't wait to stay here again for longer.
