The Affittacamere Notti Etrusche is located in Sovana, classified one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. sovana is a fraction of the municipality of Sorano, in the province of Grosseto. Known as an important Etruscan center, as well as an episcopal center. Our facility is located in the center of the village in a strategic and silent position. we have 5 modern style doble rooms with antique furnishings. the rooms are double, warm and welcoming, all with private bathroom, shower complete with towels, courtesy set and hairdryer. Flat screen TV, wardrobe and linen included. each room has independent heating with a thermostat to regulate the preferred temperature. free wifi throughout the hotel. Sovana is a good starting point to visit the surrounding areas such as the archaeological park with Etruscan sites, which is only 1.5 km from the city. Pitigliano is 7 km away and Sorano with its thermal bath 13 km, while the famous thermal baths of Saturnia or the falls of the mill are just 20 minutes away by car. Upon request at the time of booking, it is possible to organize guided tours of small groups to the archaeological park, cave streets and neighboring villages.

Sovana is a village rich in history. In the main square there is the church of Santa Maria Maggiore dating from the 12th century with a unique stone ciborium. at the end of the village is the cathedral of san pietro e paolo dating back to the viii-ix centuries. the museum of san mamiliano is located in piazza del pretorio and inside it houses Etruscan finds found in the via cava il cavone and in the various etruscan tombs of the sovana archaeological park. leaving the structure you can find bars, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, bakery and shops with local products.
