Dear guests, We would like to inform you that maintenance works are currently being carried out on the building’s façade and balconies, which began on February 9, 2026. Due to these works, the air conditioning units have been temporarily removed. It is currently estimated that they will be reinstalled by mid-May or early June. In the meantime, we have provided a fan to help ensure as much comfort as possible during your stay. In addition, renovation works began on April 7 in the apartment located on the third floor, next to the property, with an expected duration of about two months. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 7pm. We apologize in advance for any potential inconvenience and hope this will not impact your experience with us.
