The farmland is the soul of our agritourism. We cultivate four different types of grapevine: Chardonnay, Traminer, Merlot and Cabernet. All of them are grown through an environmentally-sustainable agriculture. We use a method called “pergola trentina”, a local method, appropriate for our type of terrain. We produce two types of wine for the guests of our agritourism: Cabernet and Traminer aromatic. If you would like to taste our wines accompanied by some tasty cold cuts and local cheese, don’t hesitate to ask! We can prepare for you a delicious snack, a late afternoon aperitif on the balcony or in the dining hall, from 18 to 20. Reservation is compulsory. It is possible to buy wine whenever you like. If you need to carry it far away, let us know and we will box it up for you.

Agritur Casteller is located on a hill called “Casteller”, a place immersed in the green of grapevines slightly elevated above the charming city of Trento. This hill belongs to our family since 1908, when great-grandparents started cultivating vineyards. The cultivation of grape is a family tradition, that has been carried on with dedication and rigour for four generations. In 2005 the passion for simple, genuine and good things brought we to get closer to the world of agro-tourism. During the spring of 2007, after studies and projects, the construction of “Agritur Casteller” became real. The building is a bio-construction, a wooden house with solar and photovoltaic panels. A choice made for environmental protection and our future. After a great party with friends and family the agriturismo hosted its first guests in 2008.

Agritur Casteller is a place full of nature surrounded by woods and ten cypresses that protect the vineyards. You can stroll around here and walk up to the Gloriet where you can admire the landscape of the Adige Valley. However, if the beautiful landscape is not enough, there is no problem! You can reach all the marvellous places of our region within an hour.
