Surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees, Agriturismo Calamate is in the quiet Apulian coutryside 0.6 mi from the Ionian Sea. It features rustic-style apartments with private patio and BBQ. Extra virgin olive oil is produced on site, and guests can dine in the small restaurant serving local and organic products. Also, each apartment at the Calamate includes a fully equipped kitchenette. This fully nonsmoking farm is about 1.6 mi from Gallipoli city center, and a 25 minutes' drive from Lecce. Private parking is provided on site. The possibility to attend free kitchen courses, local craftsmanship, fresh pasta and other didactic activities
