The farmhouse Il Contadino Simo is located at the gates of the Belluno Dolomites National Park, a newly built facility surrounded by nature, featuring three rooms each with a private bathroom, and a buffet breakfast room with local products and goods from our farm. Outside the property, you can see vegetable crops, our free-range hens, and all around, the wonderful Monti del Sole mountains. Breakfast is prepared fresh in the kitchen of our farmhouse stay, with typical local products according to the season. There are sweet and savory options, and of course, the fresh eggs from our free-range hens.
Good morning, I am Simone Bazzali, a young lover of nature and healthy eating. I started my small farm from scratch and personally take care of growing vegetables and raising over 100 free-range laying hens. Cooking is an act of love, and sharing food around the table represents the highest expression of caring for each other. After my recent participation in MasterChef Italy 14, I realized even more how precious it is to produce the food I bring to the table myself.
We find ourselves immersed in the almost untouched nature of the Belluno Dolomites National Park. Here, the days pass slowly, in tune with the work in the garden and the sound of the bells. In this area, Valbelluna, you will find many natural sites to visit, unforgettable experiences to live every day. Whether it is winter, spring, summer, or autumn, there will always be something to do here. We are 40 minutes away from the largest and most wonderful ski area of the Dolomites, starting from Alleghe. We are just 30 minutes from the A27 motorway exit.
