Property info

The "Il Noce" farmhouse is located in Lajatico, Tuscany; it is a working farm set in a beautiful landscape with spectacular views of Volterra. The property is surrounded by a 100-hectare estate cultivated with fruit and grain crops. The farmhouse offers eight renovated apartments. These units are comfortable, spacious, and tastefully furnished. The kitchens are well-equipped, featuring dishwashers and ovens. Each apartment has a private entrance, independent heating. Bed linen and towels are included. Guests have access to a large swimming pool, open from June to September. The property also offers numerous trails suitable for hiking and mountain biking. Lajatico is a charming small village that has recently gained fame as the birthplace of Andrea Bocelli. The renowned tenor serves as the honorary president of the *Teatro del Silenzio* (Theater of Silence), which hosts an annual concert every July that draws thousands of visitors from around the world. "Il Noce" is ideally situated for visiting not only Volterra but also San Gimignano and many other hilltop villages; major cities such as Pisa, Florence, Siena, and Lucca are all within an hour's drive.
