Villa Al Grande Pino welcomes you with a hot tub and a private swimming pool, perfect for moments of pure relaxation. You will also find a spacious patio with an outdoor dining table, a panoramic terrace ideal for enjoying unique sunsets, and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. Located just 10 minutes from the beach of Campofelice di Roccella, the villa is ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends, offering comfort, tranquillity, and privacy within an exclusive residence of only two units, with the main attractions easily reachable. Villa Al Grande Pino consists of two independent units: Al Grande Pino (ground floor): outdoor dining area, open-plan kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Al Grande Pino 1 (first floor with terrace): private terrace, open-plan kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Both kitchens are fully equipped and include a dishwasher. The living areas feature a large TV and a comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing moments. The villa will be ready upon your arrival with bed linen and towels included (one shower towel and one bath towel per person for the entire stay). Also available are a washing machine, shower gel and shampoo dispensers already installed, and air conditioning throughout the villa. The villa, swimming pool, and hot tub are for the exclusive use of guests. A private on-site parking space is available for each unit. To access the villa, the following check-in steps are required: Provide valid identification documents for each guest. Sign the short-term rental agreement for the duration of your stay. Pay the tourist tax. Once the procedure is completed, on the day of arrival, you will receive the access codes and instructions for key collection. In-person check-in with a member of our team is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, subject to prior notice.

Guests not only have the opportunity to reach the sea within a few minutes, but can also enjoy a stay focused on relaxation, thanks to the private swimming pool and hot tub. The private parking is a valuable feature, ensuring the safety of your vehicle at all times. The villa is located just 15 km from the renowned town of Cefalù and 60 km from Palermo. Guests can enjoy privacy and relaxation in a fantastic area, ideal for exploring Sicily. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive away, the same distance required to reach the town centre. Most guests reach Villa Al Grande Pino by renting a car, either from Palermo Airport (approximately 1 hour away) or Catania Airport (about 90 minutes away). We strongly recommend renting a car to explore the Madonie Regional Park, nearby beaches, restaurants, and all the other scenic and cultural wonders of Sicily, which we will be happy to recommend upon your arrival.
