I am passionate about water sports, primarily sailing and swimming, I love to travel in search of quiet places, breathe the local atmosphere and lose myself in the breathtaking views.

Located at the foot of the historic Old Town of Anguillara Sabazia, our structure is in a quiet area and close to bars and restaurants, within a radius of 500 meters you can find small food stores in the country to large supermarkets, pharmacies and shops of various gender. Being the B & B facing the lake, you can take advantage of two characteristics descended to the lake a few meters from the residence; or choose the beach 150 meters away, where there are small equipped bathing and sports facilities, some of which have special agreements. The other beach of Anguillara S. is that of Vigna di Valle which is 3 kilometers away, reachable by a municipal transport with the purchase of a ticket on board, the bus stop is 150 meters away. For the little ones there is the large piazza del Molo where you can play, or a small shady public garden with swings and slides 500 meters away, where there is a shopping mall, with ATM banks in addition to the town library. At 5 km is the Historical Museum of the Air Force, I recommend the visit, admission is free.
