Albergo Diffuso Monopoli was born from the determination to create an alternative accommodation that is able to offer tourists an experience of authentic life, door to door with the local people. Albergo Diffuso Monopoli doesn't offer the classic stay but it gives to all guests the opportunity to live a "slow" holiday and an authentic experience as resident and not as a tourist. The historic town of Monopoli still retains the charm of a medieval village, heritage of the beautiful architecture, traditions, spirituality and folklore. For the birth of Albergo Diffuso nothing new has been created, but historic houses were renovated with a great attention to the preservation of the own architectural features. From the fisherman to a noble house, it has tried to preserve the atmosphere of that age, however furnish all dimora with all amenities. Those who choose Albergo Diffuso Monopoli has available spared houses and rooms that are no more far than 200 meters from the "heart" of the hotel, the reception and the café with breakfast room.

Monopoli has an ideal geographical position for several forms of tourism: - Seaside tourism, our accomodation (consisting of different rooms spread inside the old town) is very close to the sea, and it offers a choice of solutions among inlets, sandy and rocky beaches, equipped beaches which overlook a clear and crystalline sea; - Food and wine tourism, for those who love traditional Apulian cuisine as for example grilled fish, meat or typical local products; Cultural tourism, Monopoli actually is an ancient town full of history and artistic beauty. It is located in the center of Puglia but above all in the immediate proximity with Alberobello and its trulli, Putignano and Castellana Grotte, Polignano a Mare, Locorotondo famous for its wines and more, Martina Franca, Ostuni the white city, Bari and many other intresting town.
