Private ground floor apartment with private portico for 4 people, located within the Alessandra Residence in Padenghe sul Garda, equipped with a swimming pool, convenient for reaching the town centre and main services. The apartment welcomes guests with the living room equipped with TV, sofa bed, dining table with chairs and fully equipped kitchen. From the living room you access the covered porch from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pool; the porch is equipped with a table and chairs for breakfasts and dinners in the open air. The apartment continues with the double bedroom with a second TV and a bathroom equipped with shower, sink, bidet and WC. The swimming pool at the Alessandra residence, measuring 18x9, is available from 15 May to 30 September from 9 to 20. The use of a swimming cap is required.

From its idyllic holiday setting, the shops, authentic restaurants, beaches, boat rental, harbour and historical castle of Padenghe sul Garda can easily be reached by walk, in just 5 minutes. From this picturesque town along the south west shore, the Arzaga Golf club can be reached in 10 minutes drive, whilst the A4 highway in nearby Desenzano offers easy access to the many highlights, attractions and leisure activities of Lake Garda. The Lido di Lonato and Coco Beach promises a classic day out and can be reached in just 5 minutes by car, whilst the Spas and beach clubs of Sirmione are just 20 minutes drive away. Water fans can easily take in the lake with watersports, sailing, windsurfing clubs and boat hire opportunities all around. Gardaland is also just 30 minutes drive away, whilst the Parco Acquatico Caneva World Water park can be reached by car in just 34 minutes. The tourist sites and international airport of Verona can also be reached in just 40 minutes by car. Lake Garda is home to beautiful villa and garden attractions too, alongside many fascinating ancient ruins, museums, family fun parks and beautiful vineyards.
