The main attraction of this apartment is the living area designed in open space mode. A house to be fully experienced, immediately usable. The passage from the living room, to the dining room, to the kitchen up to the balcony with sea view is comfortable and fluid. The splendid natural light of the living room, bathed in the sun, gives a special sensation, which immediately invites relaxation. There is the sea inside (but also outside) this apartment overlooking the blue Sassonia beach in Fano. Located on the second floor of a late 20th century building, this apartment has been completely redesigned and renovated so much so that all period connotations have been lost inside. The apartment has an ideal location, just a few minutes from the historic center of the city and directly on the beach called Sassonia. This is one of the favorite beaches of the people of Fano and of all those who don't like sand. It owes its name to the characteristics of the beach, which is entirely covered with stones and pebbles. The sea that washes it is blue and with rather sloping seabeds, also ideal for children. On the beach there are numerous beach club with attached bars and restaurants. There are also sailing, windsurfing, surfing and kyte schools, which offer the possibility of both renting equipment and enrolling in courses to approach the sport. From Sassonia, with a walk along the sea you reach the harbour of Fano. The history of the port has its roots in Roman times and has always been the beating heart and center of Fano - marinara. Fishing has always been the driving force of this area of ​​the city, once mainly artisanal and family-run. Even if today things have changed, there is a place in this area of ​​the city that is still authentic: El Gugul, a small street that is the symbolic place of the Fano fishermen. A visit to this little-known area of ​​the port is a must. The visit to the marine area of ​​Fano continues with a walk, preferably at sunset, on the quay of the trabucchi.
